Procurement / sourcing strategies StrategyDevelopment cost-effective. inventory management Set up goals operationalneed and financials. Manage inventory across theorganization. System tracking shipments,inventory, supply of goods. Directs sourcing from reliablesuppliers and vendors. Build long-term relationships withvendors suppliers. Food Sourcing process from donors,farmers etc.. Negotiates with suppliers vendorsto secure advantageous terms. Create a purchase order system;organizes and confirms delivery of goods and services. Report system set up quality,quantity, costs, standardization, value analysis, and price trends food materials. Oversee Annual capital expensebudget. Attend State / Nationalconferences meetings.
