Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient settings
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
• Provide supervision and support to PTA staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
• Deliver strong patient education throughout the continuum of care
• Demonstrate adaptability and time management across mixed clinical caseloads

Required Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Current AHA BLS Certification required
• Active NPI Number required
• Minimum 2+ years of physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with EMR and clinical documentation systems
• Ability to work independently within a smaller team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in rural or critical access hospital settings
• Comfort floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads
• Experience with Truebridge/CPSI EMR system
