Full‐Time | Temp‐to‐Hire | Fast‐Paced Industrial Service Company
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support quoting, order processing, vendor communication, and customer updates. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research pricing and request quotes from vendors
- Prepare customer quotes and follow up as needed
- Process orders and track status
- Update Excel cost sheets for each job
- Manage returns and vendor credits
- Maintain RFQs, cost sheets, and organized documentation
- Communicate updates to the Lead and Parts Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years Inside Sales or Parts/Service Office experience
- Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication
