Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness to customers. Play an important role in running great restaurants by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare to run a great shift. Achieve targets during your shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during your shift. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Fast food/restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Ability to commute/relocate: reliable transportation required.
