Product Enablement Specialist

Driving go-to-market readiness for new product releases, the remote Product Enablement Specialist will manage the enablement lifecycle, develop training materials, and ensure customer-facing teams are experts on the platform. Key responsibilities Own the enablement lifecycle for all new product releases and feature updates, ensuring GTM teams are certified and ready ahead of launches Act as the core liaison between Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM, organizing stakeholder alignment sessions and securing buy-in for training deployments Transform technical product documentation into high-quality learning assets, including eLearnings, playbooks, and interactive training environments Required qualifications 3+ years in a software education services role or related field at a financial services or SaaS technology company Experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, or similar platforms preferred Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry and ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences Outstanding presentation skills and logistical planning capabilities Experience managing projects from start to finish and a commitment to continuous learning
