This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of HR activities, supports data integrity and compliance, and contributes to a consistent, positive employee experience through efficient and effective HR service delivery. **HR Transactions & Data Management:** Execute onboarding, job changes, organizational updates, employee data changes, benefits administration and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate and compliant records in Workday and other HR systems; perform data validation, audits, and required follow-up; and support employees, managers and HR Partners with Workday routing and approvals. **HR Service Delivery & Case Management:**Respond to employee and manager inquiries through Workday and email with timely, customer-focused support. Prepare and administer employment lifecycle documentation and contribute to regional service-level performance.**Reporting, Data Quality & Compliance:** Support policy-related compliance requirements, maintain document retention practices aligned with local and regional requirements, and provide timely and accurate evidence for audits. **Process Improvement & Regional Projects:** Improve HR processes, procedures, documentation, and knowledge content. Participate in system testing, implementations, and regional HR Operations initiatives focused on standardization and employee experience.Perform other related duties as assigned. **Education:**Bachelor's or university degree required; a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. **Experience:**- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or a similar role.- Experience with HR systems; Workday preferred.- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and confidentiality skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is an advantage.- Ability to collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams.- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize work and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. #LIOB1Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all final employment decisions will be made by a person.**Salary Range:**$58,600 - $78,760The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
