Summary The Beauty Counter Manager leads a brand counter in a department store setting, combining sales and teaching to deliver personalized beauty experiences. This role focuses on maximizing counter sales, building customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and managing day‑to‑day counter operations. The manager also coordinates vendor events and supports team performance to drive business results. Responsibilities Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products based on customer goals Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in‑store and digital selling tools including text and social media Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist with account sign‑ups to build customer loyalty Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer‑ready presentation Requirements Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment Strong multitasking, organization, and follow‑through skills with drive to meet sales targets Comfort using networking and technology for digital selling and building a customer following Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and maintain physical stamina for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
