Join us as Commercial Customer Support Specialist The Commercial Customer Support Specialist increases customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate, timely information to dealers, end users, and colleagues. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, entering orders accurately, applying approved discounts, providing pricing, communicating backorders and ship dates, attending product training, and maintaining organized customer files. Ideal candidates bring experience in the pro audio industry, anticipate customer needs, handle difficult conversations professionally, and build trust in face-to-face interactions. They adapt well to change, seek opportunities to grow, collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues, and pursue ongoing technical and functional learning. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage highly detailed processes are essential, along with a positive demeanor and a results focused, accountable work style.
