A leading specialty building materials distributor is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow their presence in the Miami market. This role will focus on developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth with contractors, builders, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and other industry professionals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Provide product solutions and support to customers throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining strong customer service
• Collaborate with branch operations and internal teams to ensure customer success

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within building materials or construction supply industry
• Strong contractor and customer relationship skills
• Proven ability to grow sales and develop new business
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of specialty building products preferred
