A Day in the Life

Sun up, wheels rolling. You and your partner confirm the route, load carefully, and head to the first home. You greet the customer, assemble a treadmill to spec, level a dining table to the client’s preference, and walk through the features before collecting a confirmation. Then it’s on to the next stop—coordinating with dispatch, documenting each delivery, and leaving customers delighted. This is ongoing contractor work that lets you run your day with independence and pride.

What You’ll Handle

• Deliver residential fitness equipment and home furnishings promptly and professionally.
• Assemble and install items to manufacturer specifications and customer preferences.
• Communicate clearly with customers, answering questions and resolving small issues on-site.
• Coordinate routes and timing with our logistics team for smooth, efficient days.
• Complete required paperwork, including delivery confirmations and customer feedback.

The Tools of the Trade

• Operate as a two-person team with your own cargo van or box truck; an EIN is required.
• Have an adequately insured truck, van, or box truck.
• Bring basic mechanical ability and familiarity with common assembly tools.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in delivery, assembly, or related trades preferred.
• Customer-first mindset, strong communication, and a friendly, professional presence.
• Comfort with mobile technology for apps, photos, and updates.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items and work safely.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.

Team Structure

Two-person crews are required for all routes. You’ll collaborate closely with logistics while maintaining the autonomy that comes with contractor work.

Screening and Compliance

• Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers
• MVR are performed for all driving contractors
