Our client, a leading organization in institutional facilities management, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities across your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic What's the Job? Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple facility sites. Respond efficiently to work orders, ensuring high service standards and timely completion. Handle diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Coordinate daily service routes and manage work documentation using computerized systems. Travel between sites, including overnight stays, to support facilities in various locations. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by local jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles. Proficiency with work order management systems and basic mobile device applications. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, with troubleshooting skills. What's in it for me?
