JD Edwards Support Tech

Overview JD Edwards Support Analyst is a frontline IT professional that is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and functional support for JD Edwards ERP systems. They are a core team member to help ensure that JD Edwards systems are operational, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals, combining technical troubleshooting with user support and documentation. Core Responsibilities Tier 1–2 Support: Manage incoming calls, help tickets, and user inquiries for JD Edwards Troubleshooting: Resolve access, navigation, configuration, and transaction issues (e.g., stuck orders, vouchers, receipts) Collaboration: Work with JDE system administrators, developers, business users and IT leadership to escalate and resolve complex issues User Management: Perform account setup, role/security changes, and password resets Metrics & Reporting: Track support performance, create reports using ReportsNow Documentation & Training: Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials; conduct 1-on-1 or group training sessions Testing Support: Assist with UAT, regression testing, and validation of system updates Skills & Qualifications JD Edwards Experience: 1–5+ years supporting JD Edwards Functional Knowledge: Distribution (Sales Order and Purchasing), Manufacturing, Finance Tools: JDE Enterprise One 9.2, DSI/Cloud Inventory, ReportsNow, Service Desk Plus, Microsoft Office Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and customer service mindset Technical Skills: Understanding of UBEs, system logs, integrations, JDE Orchestrator, basic SQL #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellar IT Solutions LLC
