What You'll Do
Assemble, package, label, and inspect products
Perform quality checks and complete production documentation
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Move materials and keep production running smoothly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support process improvements and assist across production areas
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, bending, and material-handling tasks
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Team player with a positive, safety-first mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwich, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
