Current needs include: Yulee, Hilliard, Callahan, and Northside Jacksonville neighborhoods.

Basic requirements:

• Active Florida CNA license or certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-approved training school (not just past work history)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• CPR card
• Social security card
• Health statement (within 6 months, stating free from communicable disease)
