The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Focus: Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments Caseload: 25-30 billable hours per week (12-15 clients) Work Mode: We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes.
