Procurement / Sourcing SpecialistNegotiate, prepare and process complex contracts (Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work). Ability to lead Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Also complete various procurement documents dealing with a wide variety of categories. Cross-categorical knowledge and background is preferred. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment will be beneficial.Deliverable: Source categories in accordance with BCBSA processes, policies and procedures.
