Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Join us as an Industrial Mechanic and play a key role in operating next-generation manufacturing technology in Miramar, FL As an Industrial Mechanic, you will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, execute component replacements, and test equipment to maximize efficiency. Working alongside our Production and Quality teams, you’ll help coordinate scheduled machine downtime and contribute ideas for process optimizations.

salary: $62,400 - $64,400 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2 PM

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and perform timely corrective repairs on production machinery.

• Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct root-cause analysis troubleshooting to address equipment failures.

• Safely and efficiently operate both hand tools and power tools within an industrial manufacturing setup.

• Perform mechanical adjustments, replace damaged or worn components, and verify machine functionality through operational testing.

• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to minimize downtime and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.

• Recommend process and equipment improvements to optimize efficiency and operational safety.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
