MFM Ultrasound Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position for an MFM Ultrasound Technologist, available Friday through Sunday, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The role includes on-call requirements for two days each month.

Unit Information

• Location: Austin, TX
• Department: Imaging Services
• Disciplines: Mammography, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI
• EMR System: Meditech
• Call Requirements: Yes for X-ray, No for CT, MRI, and Ultrasound

Qualifications

Must Have:

• ARDMS certification in Ultrasound
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred:

• Two years of experience in the field

Job Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures as per protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly.
