Summary:

**Experience and Clinical Requirements:** - Minimum of 18 months recent Neonatal Level III experience. - 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for is required, preferred to be within one location but not required. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Required BLS, PALS, and NRP. - Must have permanent Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE, with nothing pending. **Skills and Assessments:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required (traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass). **Other Requirements:** - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines are required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints are time sensitive; must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. **Exemptions:** - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements (exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice).
