About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director to enhance office effectiveness and provide essential support in various operational areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for office management, including handling incoming calls, assisting the Executive Director and management team, and maintaining vendor contract files. In the financial domain, the role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate data entry, and handling the petty cash process. The Associate Executive Director will also be involved in administrative tasks such as maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, preparing and maintaining all associate and resident files, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new associates. Applicants for the Associate Executive Director position at the company should have an Associate or Bachelor degree, with 3-5 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping, and formal training in these areas preferred. Experience in human resources is also a plus. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, and outside contacts, as well as strong leadership skills and a passion for working with senior citizens. The candidate must be able to make independent decisions, seek out new methods, and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices. Background screening is a requirement for this position.
