Project Manager / Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and dependable Project Manager/Purchasing Agent to join our team. We specialize in precision CNC manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing raw materials and outside services
  • Quoting materials and outside projects
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Maintaining the shop schedule
  • Coordinating with vendors, customers, and shop personnel
  • General office management and administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing office experience preferred
  • Purchasing and scheduling experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred

Full-time position. Competitive pay based on experience.
