Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location : Cypress, TX Job ID : 30346 | # of Openings : 1 Job Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will develop clinically sound treatment plans, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment. Compensation & Bonuses Total compensation from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, plus competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership opportunities. Annual monthly performance bonuses (uncapped). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing master’s degrees. Certification bonuses for each therapist you supervise who becomes certified. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match.
