Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location : Cypress, TX Job ID : 30346 | # of Openings : 1 Job Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will develop clinically sound treatment plans, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment. Compensation & Bonuses Total compensation from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, plus competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership opportunities. Annual monthly performance bonuses (uncapped). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing master’s degrees. Certification bonuses for each therapist you supervise who becomes certified. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match. Benefits & Work‑Life Balance Remote work benefit: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Approximately 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days). Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses. Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year, additional funding for extra training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
