What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function independently with high clinical autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality neonatal care standards
• Maintain documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
• Support patient and family education during hospital stay

What You Need:
Required:

• Active Florida RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal care experience in NICU setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment

Preferred:

• Experience in Level II NICU environments
• BLS and NRP certifications
