Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, U.S. The Opportunity We’re partnering with a well-known consumer brand in the sports and entertainment space that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The company is expanding its events, content, and direct-to-consumer presence and is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute the digital experience that connects the brand with its audience. This is a highly hands-on role. The primary focus is website management, email marketing, and executing digital campaigns . You’ll work closely with Creative, Brand, and other internal teams to make sure campaigns come to life effectively across the company’s owned digital channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who gets digital marketing initiatives out the door — building emails, updating web content, supporting launches, coordinating assets, and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day updates and content management across the company’s WordPress website , ensuring pages are accurate, on-brand, and launched on schedule. Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns , including segmentation, automations, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Partner closely with the Creative team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across website, email, social, and other digital touchpoints. Ensure the website and owned digital channels are properly set up to support campaign launches, events, announcements, and other key initiatives. Manage incoming consumer inquiries through B2C email channels, ensuring timely responses and routing questions to the appropriate internal teams. Support social media community engagement, including monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice. Monitor campaign and channel performance and use data to identify opportunities to improve engagement and execution. Help coordinate digital assets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns running simultaneously. Identify opportunities to improve digital workflows, audience engagement, and the overall consumer experience. Support paid social and paid search initiatives when needed. Experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads is helpful, but hands-on paid media/media buying experience is not required for this role. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, lifecycle/email marketing, or a similar consumer-facing role. Hands-on experience managing and updating websites , ideally in WordPress. Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo or a comparable platform such as Mailchimp or Iterable. Strong experience supporting digital marketing campaigns from concept through launch. Comfortable working closely with Creative and Brand teams to turn campaign concepts and assets into live digital experiences. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and digital channels simultaneously. Familiarity with web and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website edits is helpful. Experience with social media/community management is helpful. Paid media or media buying experience is a plus, not a requirement. Experience working with a consumer, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or similarly high-engagement brand is a plus.
