Join Our Dynamic Team as a Server!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, fun environment? Do you have a knack for multitasking and enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people? If so, we want you to join our team at Hook & Ladder Kitchen & Bar in Sioux Falls, SD!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any guest concerns or complaints
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of guests
Qualifications:
- Prior serving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
