Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, fun environment? Do you have a knack for multitasking and enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people? If so, we want you to join our team at Hook & Ladder Kitchen & Bar in Sioux Falls, SD!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any guest concerns or complaints
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of guests

Qualifications:

Prior serving experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Must be at least 18 years of age
