Key Responsibilities Social Media Management & Content Creation Manage and execute social media content across Williamson, Inc.'s platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with organizational priorities, events and campaigns. Create engaging original content, including photography, short-form videos, Instagram Reels, graphics and written posts. Capture content at organizational events, programs and community activities. Monitor social media performance, identify opportunities to improve engagement and make data-informed recommendations. Assist with organic and paid social media campaigns to expand audience reach and drive meaningful engagement. Website Management & Digital Marketing Maintain and regularly update Williamson, Inc.'s website, including event pages, program information, news articles, membership resources and landing pages. Create and format website content using WordPress and website editing tools. Ensure website content is accurate, visually appealing, accessible and consistent with organizational branding. Apply basic search engine optimization (SEO) practices to improve content visibility and website performance. Support email marketing campaigns and other digital communications initiatives. Graphic Design & Visual Communications Design professional, brand-consistent graphics and marketing materials using Canva. Produce digital and print materials, including event promotions, social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, flyers and signage. Adapt creative materials for different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistent brand standards. Collaborate with internal teams to translate information and ideas into clear, engaging visual communications. Marketing & Communications Support Support the execution of marketing campaigns promoting Williamson, Inc.'s programs, events, membership initiatives and economic development efforts. Assist with storytelling that highlights local businesses, community partnerships and organizational impact. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality. Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to execute marketing strategies and organizational priorities. Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of professional social media management experience, including direct responsibility for managing social media accounts for a business, organization or client. Demonstrated experience planning, creating, scheduling and publishing social media content. Proficiency in Canva with the ability to independently produce professional-quality graphics and marketing materials. Experience updating and maintaining website content through a content management system. Experience creating and editing short-form video content for digital platforms. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with social media analytics and platform best practices. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines. A portfolio demonstrating original content creation, social media management and graphic design work. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design or a related field. Experience with WordPress, particularly WPBakery. Experience with Meta Business Suite, paid social media advertising and digital analytics. Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing and website optimization. Photography and videography experience. Experience with business-to-business marketing, nonprofit communications, membership organizations or community-focused initiatives.
