A well-established gastroenterology practice in Maryland is seeking a permanent gastroenterologist to join its growing team. This role offers a mostly outpatient practice with limited inpatient rounding on personal patients, providing excellent work-life balance. Practice Info * Mostly outpatient practice with inpatient rounding limited to your own patients * Collegial, physician led environment that values work life balance * Practice currently operates in Bowie, Maryland, with privileges at Doctors Community Hospital * Opportunity to become part of a new GI clinic and endoscopy center planned for Annapolis, Maryland, with an anticipated opening in summer 2027 * Physicians interested in the Annapolis location may begin practicing in Bowie prior to the new site opening * Small and growing GI practice Responsibilities * Focus on bread and butter gastroenterology * Perform advanced procedures, including ERCP and EUS, if desired * Inpatient rounding limited to your own patients Compensation * Guaranteed base plus profit sharing * Annual salary: $500,000 - $550,000 Benefits * Opportunity for partnership in the endoscopy center Shift & Schedule * Mostly outpatient schedule
