Immediate opening for an experienced legal secretary in our Riverside office. We are looking for someone with a positive disposition who fit in well with our congenial staff, including outstanding interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Our office handles civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, employment law, product liability and construction defect. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in defense litigation, including docketing, tracking important legal and filing deadlines, and calendaring civil litigation events pursuant to Code. Candidates should also have extensive experience with finalizing pleadings, correspondence and knowledge of service requirements. Also experience with the day-to-day operation of a law office is preferred.
