Director, Quality Purification and Pharma Analytics

Director-level quality leadership position within Thermo Fisher Scientific's Purification and Pharma Analytics division in Bedford, Massachusetts. Responsible for developing and executing quality strategy across multi-site operations while fostering a customer-focused quality culture aligned with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy quality strategy for product lines aligned with group and corporate objectives
- Provide quality leadership and oversight across multi-site network operations
- Lead quality issue resolution and communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Apply quality risk management methodologies to prevent failure modes affecting product supply
- Conduct data analysis to identify quality problems and implement enterprise-level improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience with regulated products
- 5+ years managing or leading multi-site organizations
- Audit (ISO 13485) or regulatory inspection (FDA) management experience
- Customer-facing experience in quality or related function
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build quality-focused organizations
