Position Overview

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in building high-quality products by assembling components, performing quality checks, and ensuring finished products meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical components according to work instructions.
• Utilize basic hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working with basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift

• 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Frederic, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
