Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify specific mental health needs and strengths, shaping personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual’s goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques within individual, group, and family settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop a holistic treatment approach that addresses both psychological and social factors.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist clients in acute distress, ensuring timely and compassionate support during critical moments.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational programs to enhance public understanding of mental health issues, aiming to destigmatize mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide support to a wide range of clients, including individuals from various age groups, ethnic backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems, among other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding towards clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Effective organizational skills, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
