Are you a relationship-driven sales leader with a passion for the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive top-line revenue growth through strategic account management, business development, and customer partnership. As our Sales Manager, you’ll act as the voice of the customer — fostering strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring our solutions align with the evolving needs of OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. What You’ll Do Identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers. Lead the RFQ process , including pricing strategy, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination. Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer roadmaps and company goals. Stay ahead of market trends and OEM developments to uncover new opportunities. Support new product launches and ensure seamless collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations teams. Manage commercial issues , including pricing, cost recovery, and contract compliance. Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to expand brand presence. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of direct automotive sales experience at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier (stamped or formed wire metal products preferred). Deep understanding of OEM sourcing, manufacturing, and product development processes. Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining long-term customer trust. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Plex experience a plus).
