Working Hours / Rota The rota is designed to be flexible and sustainable, supporting both primary and urgent care services. Scheduling is built collaboratively to ensure continuity of care while allowing veterinarians to maintain balance and control over their working patterns as the clinic continues to grow. Role Description and Responsibilities In this role, you will deliver high-quality veterinary care across a mix of routine primary care and urgent care presentations. You will manage cases from consultation through diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up, while communicating clearly and compassionately with clients. The position supports independent clinical decision-making, with mentorship and collaboration available as needed, making it well suited to veterinarians who enjoy autonomy alongside professional support. Practice Details The clinic provides primary and urgent care services for dogs and cats, operating within a modern clinical environment designed to support efficient workflows and high standards of medicine. Clinical protocols are veterinarian-developed, prioritising patient outcomes, consistency of care, and sound clinical judgement rather than volume-driven practice.
