Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local and travel allowed. Candidates living Pre‑employment modules may be required. Upload certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite onboarding. Additional Details Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered. 6‑month gap required between staff placements at the specified program and no current placement allowed at that program. Required Skills / Experience Telemetry background required (read telemetry). Required Credentials Driver licence required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact licence. To receive travel rate, the clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver licence. Unit and Facility Details Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Shift & Scheduling All jobs with a 12‑hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48‑hour work week. Every other weekend and holiday. Extra Requirements 5 days maximum time off. 2 references required. Proof of identification required for submission.
