Your Responsibilities

• Oversee Complete Search Processes from initial intake to final closure.

• Utilize Our Platform for efficient candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and overall organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that underscore long-term value for clients while securing substantial commissions for yourself.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership as we elevate both our brand and yours.
