Job Qualifications

The ideal General Manager for our Greensburg, PA location will have:


• 1+ year of General Manager experience


• Restaurant or food-industry leadership experience


• Full-scale, dine-in breakfast concept experience


• Inventory counting and management experience


• Proven ability to control food cost


• Proven ability to manage labor cost and staffing


• Experience driving comparable sales and profitability metrics


• Strong understanding of basic restaurant leadership and daily operations


• Ability to build, train, and inspire a team and create a positive culture


• ServSafe food-handler certification


• Management foundation from retail or convenience store backgrounds will be considered if you have a passion for the restaurant industry

Job Responsibilities

• Base Salary $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, negotiable for top-tier candidates


• Quarterly bonus based on prime budget, comparable sales, and profitability - up to approximately 20% of salary

• 1 week paid vacation after 90 days, eligible for 2 weeks after one year
