Job Description

Outside Sales Representative – C Spire Fiber Internet (Door-to-Door)

Pathway Sales Group is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team representing C Spire Fiber Internet.

This is an outside sales position where you’ll meet homeowners in neighborhoods that have access to C Spire Fiber and help them upgrade to one of the fastest internet services available.

What You’ll Do:

Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
Educate homeowners about C Spire Fiber Internet
Help customers choose the best internet package
Complete customer enrollments using our mobile sales app
Work independently while hitting daily sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Willingness to work outdoors
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.

Compensation:

100% Commission
Top performers have the opportunity to earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually.
Weekly pay
Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available.
