Duration: 6+Months

Job Description:

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with overtime, especially on Saturdays, depending on workload.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.
• Set up machinery and ensure all required production materials are available.
• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
• Visually inspect production runs and document results.
• Determine and report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work areas.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of prior warehouse, stocking, or forklift experience preferred.
• Prior production or manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift products.
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industrial technology is a plus.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension required.

Safety & Attire Requirements:

• Steel-toed safety shoes are mandatory at all times and must be worn before starting the assignment.
• Candidates arriving at the plant without required steel-toed footwear will be sent home.
• Workers must wear a non-logo T-shirt in red, black, or gray.
• Workers may wear a non-logo baseball cap , if applicable.
• Proper safety footwear must include:
• • Steel toe protection.
  • Puncture-resistant sole with Kevlar bottom.
  • Class 75 protective toe.
  • Slip-resistant soles meeting the Mark II LS oily/wet test requirement of 0.35 or higher .
  • Minimum 6-inch ankle protection or higher.
