Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview Signature HealthCARE is looking for a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role involves providing direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects while delivering high quality and productivity.
