With a strong focus on growth and digital engagement, they are seeking a creative and data-driven marketing professional to help elevate brand visibility, digital performance, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

· Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, email, and content platforms.
· Create engaging digital content including social graphics, marketing assets, short-form videos, email content, and web-based creative materials.
· Support digital strategy initiatives by analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and audience engagement.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
· Utilize SEO best practices including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO improvements to increase digital visibility and traffic.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media platform analytics tools.
· Develop reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
· Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
· Support website updates, digital communications, and content publishing efforts as needed.
· Stay informed on industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.

· 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or technical industries.
· Strong hands-on experience with content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing strategy support.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects experience is a plus.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital content optimization.
· Experience utilizing Google Analytics and social platform analytics tools to measure campaign performance and drive improvements.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
· Portfolio required demonstrating digital campaigns, content creation, and marketing performance results.
· Strong creative mindset paired with analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
· Professional presence and strong collaboration skills required.

· Competitive compensation package. Compensation: $78,000 – $90,000 DOE
