Regional account manager responsible for representing Alexion's hyperparathyroidism products across Florida territories. The role involves educating healthcare providers, developing territory business plans, achieving sales targets, and managing customer relationships in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned territory sales objectives and implement strategic business plans
• Educate physicians on disease diagnosis and appropriate patient testing approaches
• Qualify leads, identify new accounts, and develop in-depth customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including medical science liaisons and market access teams
• Manage CRM tools, submit accurate sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, business, or marketing
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
• Documented track record of top-tier sales performance (top 20%)
• Strong ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Willingness to travel 50-60% within territory including overnight stays
