Registered Nurse – NICU (Level 3/Level 4)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | No On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/Level 4 NICU setting with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
• Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
• Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting primarily of RNs and unit clerks across day and night shifts
• Adhere to strict unit guidelines including dress code and infection control policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to comply with unit dress code: navy scrubs, no nail polish or artificial nails

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate bedside manner well-suited for a high-acuity neonatal environment
