Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary support resource for IT related issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practicesOwn new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions Maintain and support standard and custom system images Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed What We’re Looking For 1-4 years of Experience in: IT support environments Windows and macOS desktop support Active Directory and account management Office 365 and G‑Suite support SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira) MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar) Ticketing systems and queue management Network and hardware troubleshooting VPN and access support Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end‑user device Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Petoskey, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
