Job Summary


Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist. The primary responsibilities include creating medical records for new patients in the EMR system, managing workflows, requesting missing patient information from referring physician offices, and handling the inbound fax queue.


Key Responsibilities

• Medical Record Creation for new patients in EMR and Workflow Management Tool.
• Request missing information or documents from referring physician office.
• Working the inbound fax queue.
