Profession: HRSA Analyst Specialty: Analyst Job Type: Travel Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 40 Works with hospitals eligible for the 340B program to ensure compliance with state/federal defined rules and regulations associated with the program. Assists facilities in maximizing appropriate purchasing and replenishment of medications under the 340B program. Helps manage the contract pharmacy program, facilitating relationships between the organization, the contract pharmacy management vendor and the hospital contract pharmacy partners.
Job Summary: Maintains responsibility for development and deployment of technologies and standardized processes specific to accounting and related fields. Learns, utilizes, develops, and deploys automated technologies such robotic process automation (RPA) for month-end close, reconciliation, report processing, and other transactional activities. Works with customers to understand business needs, current processes, and seeks to leverage technologies for process improvement. Develops standard best practice processes to maintain accurate and complete financial information and reporting. Maintains a strong understanding of accounting concepts and uses technology skills to complement accounting knowledge with the goal to automate.
Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred Five years’ relevant experience: Preferred Knowledge of automation technologies and experience with robotic process automation: Preferred Essential Functions: Develops and deploys robotic process automation software to automate transactional tasks such as building and loading journal entries for month-end close, uploading support to balance sheet reconciliation software, downloading and saving various reports required on a routine basis for support or analysis, assist in search of accounts payable for various invoices, and check for financial accuracy among other things. Collaborates with consumers outside of finance on automation projects as determined with leadership. Collaborates with accounting team or other consumers to understand business use case for automation software. Evaluates and compares current process to future state, including process mapping and documentation, and deploys automation software to improve speed and accuracy of financial process. Evaluates potential projects in collaboration with consumers and manager. Helps make recommendations to leadership on which projects to prioritize and tracks hours of work saved on completed projects. Researches, tests, and collaborates with team on emerging technology solutions in the automation space. Assists in making recommendations to leadership on technology needs and costs. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
