Product Manager

Position Overview Team: RamseyTrusted, Protections Location: Franklin, TN—on‑site. Relocation assistance available. Flexible schedules offered. You’ll partner closely with leadership and marketing to bring clarity to where we should invest, align on priorities, and ensure the team is consistently working on the highest‑impact opportunities. You’ll own and shape the roadmap across multiple areas. This role blends discovery and execution—you’ll spend time understanding customers, testing ideas, and turning the best opportunities into meaningful results. Qualifications 3 years of experience owning product strategy and roadmaps across multiple products or business lines. Skill in prioritization and balancing competing demands using data, judgment, and business context. Ability to thrive in cross‑functional environments and align stakeholders across product, marketing, and leadership. Curiosity and proactive attitude toward leveraging AI to improve team workflows and reduce low‑value work. Collaborative, candid, and solutions‑oriented approach to team dynamics and ambiguity.
