Global Product Marketing Manager, Asset Management [Remote]

Charging networks are now critical infrastructure. The customers who own them are buying uptime, fast recovery and predictable lifetime cost, not just hardware. Asset Management is how we deliver that, and we're looking for someone to make that value impossible to overlook.

Our Asset Management offer is established and the installed base is large. It covers service plans, SLA-backed uptime guarantees, remote monitoring and diagnostics, fleet analytics and lifecycle services. What it needs now is a product marketer who makes customers and sellers see exactly what it's worth.

We're not looking for someone to produce brochures. We're looking for someone who connects what our service does to the outcomes customers actually measure, and who builds tools our sales teams reach for in every conversation.

What You Will Do

You'll own positioning, go-to-market and enablement for our Asset Management portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Service and Product, you'll shape how the offer is understood, sold and renewed, and make sure every promise we make is one the contract keeps.

More Specifically

• Own Asset Management positioning, value propositions and messaging, and tie them into our wider hardware and software portfolio story
• Build the go-to-market strategy for attach, renewal and installed-base growth together with Sales, Service and Product
• Equip sellers, service teams and partners with discovery guides, value tools, talk tracks and renewal playbooks
• Make sure enablement is something teams actually use, not something that sits in a shared folder
• Govern claims so that every uptime and response-time promise matches what the contract commits to
• Build customer proof from real fleet data that shows the value of our services in terms customers recognize
• Feed win/loss and competitive insight back into the offer so it keeps getting stronger

What You Will Bring

You're a B2B product marketer who knows that selling a service is different from selling a box. You can explain why an uptime guarantee matters to a customer's business, you build things together with the people who will use them, and you take accuracy as seriously as storytelling.

More specifically, we are looking for a professional who brings:

• 6+ years of B2B product marketing in services, recurring-revenue software, industrial aftermarket or connected equipment
• Experience marketing service contracts, SLAs or subscriptions sold alongside hardware
• Hands-on claims governance experience
• A track record of enablement that sales teams actually use, built cross-functionally across key stakeholders
• EV charging or energy infrastructure experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Willingness to travel approximately 15 to 20% of the time
• Outcome-focused: you connect a capability to an outcome the customer measures
• Collaborative: you work across Sales, Service and Product and bring people with you
• Precise: you know a strong claim is only strong if the contract backs it up
• Practical: you build tools people use in real customer conversations
