Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and paid advertising campaigns. Manage website content using content management systems like WordPress and ensure website updates align with marketing strategies. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize web content for search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic. Create compelling content for social media posts, email, newsletters, and advertisements that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; adjust strategies based on data insights. Oversee social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and engagement. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social media posts, and website graphics. Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve lead generation and customer engagement across digital platforms. Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign setup, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation processes. Track industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising campaigns, and social media marketing strategies. Proficiency in using SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms. Skilled in content creation including copywriting for diverse formats such as emails, ads, and social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok. Familiarity with policy and procedures on social media platforms. Technical proficiency with website management systems like WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus. Experience managing paid search marketing campaigns and social media advertising campaigns with measurable results. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making through web analytics reporting tools. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with content management systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and e-commerce platforms is advantageous for success in this role.
