Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) - Front Office Specialist American Hearing Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support the daily operations of our clinic. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring everyone receives a welcoming and professional experience. Position Overview

- Manage incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and assist walk-in patients when possible
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
- Clean hearing aids and assist patients with basic hearing aid maintenance
- Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients throughout their visit
- Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
- Build positive relationships with patients to support a high-quality patient experience
- 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
