Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited HHA program (preferred)
• Active HHA license (preferred)
• Physically able to perform job duties safely
• Strong communication skills
• Meets all personnel and health requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care in the home under RN supervision
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors
• Accurately document and submit services on time
• Comply with state regulations for Home Health Aides

Home Health Aides do not perform medical or sterile procedures outside the approved plan of care. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
